Northside Community Church is seeking a person to join our team and help lead our growing ministry to children and families (Nursery – Grade 7). A deep relational walk with Jesus that forms and informs all aspects of life and ministry is essential for this role. The successful candidate will join our Family Ministry Team as we seek to inspire, support, and equip families to grow as disciples of Jesus.

This role requires a passion to develop, support, and empower a network of volunteers for ministry. Further, it will require a strong ability to organize various ministry environments where kids can experience the joy of knowing Jesus and following him in their life. It will also work to equip parents, knowing they are the key disciple-making influence in their child’s life.

As part of our Family Ministry Team, this person will be a team player who can work both independently and collaboratively. They will have a pastor’s heart and a deep love for kids, relating well to families of diverse backgrounds and social groups. They will be passionate, self-motivated, and action-oriented with a commitment to creativity and problem-solving and ultimately, Kingdom growth.
